I highly recommend this gym! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the equipment is top-notch. The gym is clean and well-maintained, and the price is very reasonable. The gym is always clean and the machines are well maintained. Ria ma'am is very kind and approachable and always guides with the right advice which makes the gym feel welcoming. The trainers are very supportive and motivating and help with proper form in every workout.

It has been an absolute pleasure to learn aerial yoga under Ria Ma'am's guidance. As a beginner I can vouch for her... she's patient with her students. Her positivity and tips about health and nutrition are an additional benefit to the classes. Will be forever grateful for this experience.

I recently joined stride fitness and it's been a great experience All the necessary machines even some rare machine like supported pullup and dips etc all are there. Trainer Mr. Puspendra, a very humble and helpful person with great workout knowledge.
