I joined yoga classes about 4 months ago. I had backache and wanted to reduce post partum weight. My body and mind feels very different now. I may not have lost a lot of weight but I am more flexible now.
Shilpa Maam is very knowledgeable. The workout week is designed to have variety with upper body yoga, core yoga, lower body, meditation, pranayama, wall and ball yoga. Even though line she pays attention to everyone and corrects us best she can.
