Amazing experience and my trainer Mr. Harshil sir has a good experience at my teenage (14) I have began a good journey with friendly environment... good equipments... BUT PLEASE PUT WIFI SERVICE IN GYM!!! Otherwise its good! GO FOR IT

This gym is amazing; they have a very spacious area for various activities, including yoga, strength training, and cardio. The gym is well-equipped, with knowledgeable trainers, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's challenging to find such a fantastic gym with a reasonable annual membership.

I recently visited your gym with the intention of joining. However, I was quite disappointed with the behavior of the receptionist. He appeared uninterested in explaining your membership policies and offers, and only gave short replies to my questions without making any effort to provide proper guidance or information. If this is the attitude shown to prospective members, I am concerned about how existing members might be treated. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not recommend this gym to others. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and ensure better customer service at the front desk, as the receptionist is the first point of contact and plays a vital role in creating a positive impression.

A Luxury Shell with Cracks Beneath Oxygen Gym presents itself as a premium fitness destination, but beneath the sleek interiors and high pricing lies a troubling neglect of basic safety and maintenance. There are 9 treadmills in the gym, all powered by just 3 circuits. When multiple users run above 10 km/h, the machines shut down abruptly without warning--a serious safety hazard that could easily cause injury. This issue has persisted for months, yet there's been no resolution. To make matters worse, the only curved treadmill has been out of service since April. Despite repeated promises of a replacement, nothing has arrived. These aren't small oversights--they're clear signs of a gym more invested in its luxury image than member safety. After suffering a knee sprain myself due to a sudden treadmill stop, I approached staff and trainers dozens of times. Their response? Indifference. According to the owner, the machines are "serviced enough." I'd genuinely love to see them try jogging on any three adjoining treadmills at once--and record the fall. Much of this gets overlooked because the gym caters heavily to a wealthy clientele, many of whom don't use cardio equipment seriously. Trainers also push new members to leave 5-star reviews early on--before they notice the equipment issues. For the premium price Oxygen charges, members deserve far more than glossy surfaces. They deserve working machines, transparency, and most importantly, a safe workout environment. Oxygen Gym may look elite, but its priorities are dangerously misplaced.

I've been working out at O2 Gym Jaipur for the past 7 months, and it's been a great experience. The gym is spacious, well-maintained, and never feels overcrowded. The overall atmosphere is motivating, and the cleanliness is consistently maintained.

No better gym in Jaipur! There isn't one thing i can point out that's not right here...from equipments to cleanliness to group classes, everything is beyond perfect.
