The management and the trainers are not only professional but also friendly & can't thank enough to the gym and the trainers here, especially My Personal Trainer Raj Sir my experience with him has been very much satisfactory and also I have been getting some good transformational results with him. Also the vibe and aura of the gym is amazing and par imagination.

High quality machinery and equipments. The trainers are having good knowledge according to the physique of a person. They are giving the best results for transformation. When i joined i was also a heavy weight person ,but their i found Rajkumar sir who trained and treat me like his brother and helped me to loose 10kg in just 25 days. His schedule of diet plan has just changed my routine . A perfect gym with all the facilities and Experienced trainers.

I had join new shape up gym before on e week age that time my body weight was 102 kg i meet Raj sir who is personal trainer under his guidence I lose 3 kg weight in only one week. Thanks to Raj sir and new shape up gym owner mr jagat sir he is great personalty.

This is one of the best gym in this walled city. Gym has high quality machinery and equipments. You can find all the necessary tools for both weight gain and weight loss.
