Very disappointed with this gym. They never switch on the AC, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. The equipment settings are often mismatched or poorly adjusted, which makes training frustrating and sometimes unsafe. On top of that, they make fake promises during enrollment that they don't actually fulfill. Muscle fit gym is very good. The owner and staff members are also very cooperative. The trainers keep explaining the workouts to all the clients. Also taken for outings from time to time. Everyone in this gym helps each other and talks lovingly. Environment is also good. Perfect place to workout.

One of my friends recommended this gym to me and even joined it himself. However, for the past 2-3 months I have been facing several issues. The music system is terrible--its volume is always too low and despite multiple complaints nothing has been done. The music played here is completely unsuitable for a gym instead of energetic or motivational tracks they play English love songs with no Hindi or proper workout music. Not just me, but 3-4 of my friends have also complained about this issue yet no action has been taken. On top of that the receptionist speaks rudely when we bring up concerns. I would like to request the owner to personally visit the gym interact with the clients understand their problems, and take necessary action. The gym environment is deteriorating because of these issues, and it needs immediate attention.

There are some management and facility issues at Musclefit India Unisex Gym, Jagatpura. They offer both General and Prime memberships, but Prime members are given more priority. Even the music is played according to their choice, regardless of what the majority prefers. The gym lacks some basic necessities. The dumbbells are in bad condition, and their weights aren't even properly labeled. On top of that, they play love songs in the gym, as if they have no idea what kind of music is suitable for a workout. As for the training staff, Ekta ma'am is very helpful and actually solves problems. Male trainers are okay but not very useful. The gym owner should visit more often and improve the environment and service for a better experience. Additionally, the receptionist's attitude is also not very friendly, which makes the experience unpleasant

1. Long-term Member: I've been associated with this gym since the day it opened - it's been almost 4 years of consistent workouts here. 2. Last 4 Months - Disappointing: Things have gone downhill in the last 4 months. Earlier, everything was good as per the pricing, but now many clients have started leaving the Jagatpura branch. 3. Poor Floor Planning: Initially, the cardio section was on the 3rd floor and workout section on the 2nd floor, which made sense since the 2nd floor was built for strength training. Now, they've mixed everything - cardio is downstairs and workout is upstairs. Clients constantly have to move up and down, which ruins the workout experience. 4. AC & Ventilation Issues: Upstairs (2nd floor) has only 2 ACs, out of which only 1 works. Downstairs (cardio area) has 4 ACs, and 3 of them work. In summer, after 9 AM, the upper floor becomes extremely hot and suffocating, especially in the evening. It's difficult to breathe, let alone work out. 5. Poor Client Experience: Clients are getting frustrated with the current setup. The toilet is being used to store gym equipment, which is very unprofessional. There is no proper photo point in the gym--something basic and expected in modern gyms. ---
