I found this gym very good because it has everything Good machines, Good Trainers, Zumba & Steam bath as well. I would recommend everyone to at least visit once to see the environment as well because i found it very good.
Worst gym in Vaishali nagar no proper facilities at all. Dumbells/ Plates / Machines everything is used for several years and not changed since years of use. The manager are focused to add more and more clients while the Restrooms stink like a pile of Gutter.
