I have been a member of this gym for 3 months. In the first few days, the staff was polite and welcoming, but after I made the payment, there was hardly any concern about whether I was attending regularly or not. I also referred a friend who paid for 3 months. Due to family reasons, he had to stop after 10 days. When he asked for a refund, they refused and even made fun of him for being from the South, which was very unprofessional. He then requested to transfer his membership to me, but that was also denied. My suggestion to others: Please pay only if you are sure about continuing, as there is no support or flexibility after payment.
