I was looking for some good gyms around Kalwar Road or the nearby Jhotwara area when I happened to visit Fitness Pulse. Coincidentally, I saw Hemant Sir there and immediately recognized him, he's the same trainer who used to coach me more than 15 years ago when I was a kid attending swimming classes. What a coincidence! Now, coming to the gym itself: Fitness Pulse is easily one of the best gyms in the area. It spans all three floors of the building -- a huge space with a wide range of equipment and facilities. Basement: This floor is dedicated to calisthenics, CrossFit, warm-ups, and basic machines. First Floor: Here, you'll find cycles, treadmills, and dedicated rooms for yoga and Zumba. They regularly organize yoga and Zumba classes (check with the gym for timings). Top Floor: This area is equipped with everything needed for weight training. They're consistently updating and adding new machines, dumbbells, and plates. Additional amenities include a BMI machine, weighing scale, stretching equipment, arm training machines, shoe cleaners, water coolers, and clean washrooms for both males and females. Lockers are also available to store your valuables safely. A thoughtful touch: inside the gym, you'll find mobile holders with charging cables, a small but very convenient feature. With all these facilities, Fitness Pulse offers excellent value at a very reasonable yearly subscription rate. I can confidently say it's the best gym in the area. Plus, Hemant Sir, the owner, has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and truly understands fitness and gym management. Highly recommended!
