Rating:
Cult Fit Malviya Nagar is one of the better fitness centers in Jaipur, but it's not without its flaws.
Let's start with what's great:
The HRX/CrossFit/Strength & Conditioning room is hands down the biggest USP -- spacious, well-equipped, and open to all members when classes aren't running. It gives you flexibility to train your way. Plus, there's no shortage of barbells, dumbbells, or plates -- which means no waiting around, even during busy hours. That alone makes it stand out from many other gyms.
The app-based check-in and class booking is smooth and efficient. Slots are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and overall the tech integration is hassle-free. Housekeeping is active and does a decent job maintaining cleanliness across the floor.
That said, there are definitely areas that need attention:
The washrooms are just about okay -- they function but don't feel like they match the standards set by the rest of the facility.
There's no sauna or steam, which is disappointing at this price point.
The crowd can be a problem. It's often packed, and unfortunately, many members lack basic gym and civic sense. Equipment is often left scattered, and etiquette isn't always followed.
Trainer consistency could be better -- there's some rotation, and not all sessions feel equally engaging.
Despite these, the positives outweigh the drawbacks -- especially if you know how to structure your own workouts and avoid peak hours. With a bit more crowd control and facility upgrades, this could easily be a 5-star place.

Let me start by saying this -- a gym isn't just about aesthetics. Sure, the ambience at CultFit Malviya Nagar is nice, but that alone doesn't make it a good gym. Functionality, management, and discipline matter a lot more, and sadly, that's where this place seriously falls short.
1. Zero Gym Etiquette Enforcement
One of the most frustrating parts of working out here is the absolute chaos around the dumbbell rack. People pick up dumbbells, use them, and leave them anywhere they please -- under a bench, across the floor, or in random corners of the gym. No one bothers to re-rack them properly. And the worst part? No staff member says a word. It's not just inconvenient, it's downright unprofessional and unsafe. Re-racking is basic gym etiquette, and the fact that this is ignored entirely is shocking.
2. Trainers? Present but Pointless.
The trainers are physically there, yes -- but that's about it. Unless you go up to them, tug their sleeve and ask for help, they won't care whether your form is correct or not. There's no proactive guidance or correction, no observations, nothing. For people who are new or trying to improve, this lack of support makes the whole experience feel pointless.
3. Overcrowded and Poorly Designed Layout
Peak hours (especially around 8 PM) are a nightmare. The space feels more congested than ever after the recent interior changes. It's hard to move around freely, and even harder to get your hands on the equipment you need. You often end up waiting 10-15 minutes just for a single machine or dumbbell. What's the point of having a membership if you spend half your time standing and waiting?
4. Staff Apathy
Beyond scanning your ID, the front-desk staff couldn't care less about your experience. There's no interest in member feedback, no control over gym discipline, and no accountability whatsoever.
This gym could be good, but right now, it feels more like a commercial photo-op space than a functional fitness center. If you're paying for a premium gym, basic professionalism, guidance, and discipline shouldn't be too much to expect.
This is honest feedback -- not meant to insult but to highlight the glaring issues that need attention. Because ambience doesn't lift weights. Discipline and proper management do.

The infrastructure and the equipments are good at the gym,
Group classes are great
Everything else is great at the gym except the trainers available there.
They are good only if you hire them as your personal trainer(too costly) otherwise they don't care or they don't even see you in the gym
If you are present there doing things wrong or incorrectly
They just don't care until you ask them on your own.
They all are just busy sitting on the counters using phones and scrolling through all the time.
Didn't meet expectations at all, not gonna continue there ever.

I used to go to Cult and overall, I found it to be a decent gym. The facilities and equipment are good, and the location is convenient, making it easy to fit workouts into my schedule.
However, the staff could use some improvement. While they are generally fine, I think more engagement and support from them would make a big difference.
