As per my personal experience, this gym serves various facilities like yoga classes, hiit, zumba, tobato etc , strength training under one roof at very reasonable price . For each classes there are different trainers which will train you as per your need . They will provide you a personalised diet plan . So i must say everyone shall join this gym

The atmosphere of the gym is very friendly and secure for girl's. The trainers are very supportive and give proper training. The Machine's are in good condition and there is enough space for workout needed....

Gym is very good,me and my wife both are going in this from last 1 year and environment of gym is very good and healthy specially for females, Trainers are very good and supportive specially mention to Yash sir, Ballu sir and Sanjeev sir. I lost my 10 kg weight in this duration. No PT concept here, everyone treat as equal.

The gym is really good with all the equipments of best quality. It's a family gym any one can join it of any age . The trainers are also really good supporting. And giving personalised guidence . The atmosphere and location of the gym is also good .

This is the best gym in our area..! All the facilities are provided to us in a good manner, the trainers have a lot of experience! Me and my sister go to the gym together and it is the safest gym for girls!
