I've been training at Antimatter fitness for a while now, and it has been an amazing experience. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a great atmosphere that keeps me motivated. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. A special shoutout to my trainer, Avinash Sir! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients progress. His workout plans are tailored to individual needs, and he pushes you just the right amount to help you reach your fitness goals. Thanks to his guidance, I've seen great improvements in my strength and overall fitness. Antimatter is the best fitness studio I have witnessed as I am working out from last 8 months. Fitness trainer Rocky was awesome and teach the best work-out in the gym. I recommend this gym to all the fitness freaks.

I had taken a 1-year gym membership along with a 3-month personal training package at this gym, both of which were paid in advance. Due to my work commitments, I was only able to attend around 45 sessions during the entire year. While I understand that the membership has a validity period, I expected flexibility and professionalism when it came to the personal training sessions, especially since they were also prepaid. Recently, I visited the gym to inquire about restarting my training. I had previously informed the management that I would resume personal training once I could commit consistently, and they had agreed. However, this time I was disappointed to find out that the entire staff has changed and the new team lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. Despite my membership still being valid for another month, I was treated with indifference. When I requested to speak to a trainer, I was asked to wait, but no one showed up--even after repeated follow-ups. This is in sharp contrast to earlier experiences where trainers would be available within minutes. Overall, I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience this time, which reflects poorly on the gym's customer service and management consistency. I hope the gym takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to be more courteous and responsive to existing members.

The receptionist quoted a price of 18,000 per year, but upon visiting.I found the gym to be unhygienic and smelly. The trainers primarily focused on personal training sessions and asking for 10000 rs per session and it seemed that assistance was not readily available without opting for PT. I believe that even 1,800 rupees per year would be expensive for this gym. I also advise caution regarding the online reviews, as I suspect some may be misleading.

This is very clean and well equipped gym . O love to come here workout every day . Trainers are very helpfull and good in nature they guide us very nice. All the machines are well maintained.

I have taken a 1-year membership at Antimatter Gym, and it's been 6 months now. For the past 15 days, the AC hasn't been working. Despite repeatedly informing the trainers, no solution has been provided so far. Due to this, it's become extremely difficult to work out. The excessive sweating and lack of proper ventilation make it almost impossible to exercise properly. If the owner of Antimatter Gym is reading this review, I request that the AC issue be resolved at the earliest. We have paid a significant amount for the membership, and if such basic facilities are not being provided, then there's no reason not to switch to another gym.

I'm extremely disappointed with this gym. Despite paying a premium membership fee, there's no proper guidance unless you pay extra for personal training. Staff constantly push you to sign up for it, making the regular membership feel worthless. Don't trust the 5-star reviews--most of them seem paid or fake. The reality inside the gym is totally different. You're better off finding a place that values ethics, safety, and actual fitness support.

I've been training with Ajay sir and Meenakshi for the past 1 week, and it's been a great experience. They pay close attention to form and really care about helping me to reach my goal safely. They always keep the sessions challenging and engaging. I've seen real progress in my strength and fitness thanks to their guidance. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dedicated and motivating trainer.
