This gym has been inaugurated recently. Remains closed on Sundays. Its opening hours are 6:00 AM to 10 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Almost everything is available there for you to stay fit, including diet as well as machines and equipment, but the staff are well trained and polite in nature, so you can ask them for it, even if you don't know your weight. Gym has almost all the facilities that are required and it is very spacious. Owner Abhishek is a very good trainer, always inspecting and helping out. Personally, I have been to many Gyms but the way Abhishek curates all the exercises, you are motivated to go to the gym rather than making excuses to stay at home. I will recommend it.

Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. monthly charge is also reasonable , I have done gym with poor machine in all other gym as , this GYM has best equipment as I can only say you must visit here for quality of everything .from training to equipment .
