It has been a wonderful experience for me. I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of sir and ma'am throughout the training, they are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga . When it comes to teach kids about yoga Aadiyogi classes are best . Within few days of joining I could see results in my son . His posture has improved . Dealing with kids is definitely very difficult but the way they teach kids is commendable and kids enjoy doing Yoga there . Highly recommend. Very thankful to Sir and Ma'am.

Adiyogi Yogshala, I'm doing daily yoga here and it's really working upon my physical as well as mental health. As I start my day with yoga in the mentorship or supervision of Bhati sir and Shaily ma"am I remain fully energetic as well as enthusiastic in whole day.
One to one attention to every member makes it more attractive. I have never done this kind of Yoga as now we are doing here.
My physic has been changed in these two months and biggest thing I hv achieved is my headache problem has gone away as I hv to take medicine for that. But by regular doing Yoga now I'm not having such kind of issues. Instead of that I feel motivated n happy.
