I've been a member of Crystalline Fitness for the last seven years. And I will be a liftime member as I've experienced some hard-to-achieve transformation in my body. First, I had unresolved knee pain for a whole year and my doctor highly suggested me to avoid sitting on the floor and I should practice chair sitting only. This was not convincing for me as I'm a working woman and I can't run without a fit running body. Second, with that I also had hump body posture in back and it was so stiff that my body posture looked very bad. And lastly, consistent shoulder pain due to a shoulder injury.
