Stay Defined by Constant Issues My stay at this hotel was unfortunately frustrating from start . I encountered a series of significant problems with both the room and the staff's service. Upon checking in, there was no drinking water in the room. When I called room service, I waited over 30 minutes before having to go to the reception to complain. Shortly after this, the kettle in the room was not working. I asked for a replacement, but it was not provided until the following day. The problems continued with the television, which was also not working. A maintenance person came to look at it, but after disrupting my privacy, they left without fixing it and i said to him to leave it . I also found that the window curtains were broken, so I couldn't open them. In addition to the issues with the amenities, the staff's service was generally lacked a welcoming attitude. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was ok and was the only highlight of my stay.

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, housekeeping was very attentive and the staff was always helpful with a smile and very polite.. The food quality was also outstanding. Truly a memorable stay

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their courteous approach. Cleanliness & Hygiene: Hygiene standards were well maintained across the property--from the rooms to common areas. Sanitizers and cleanliness protocols were visibly in place. Amenities: The hotel offers basic but useful amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a small but neat business center--making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Location & Accessibility: Located in the industrial area of Bhiwadi, it's ideal for business travelers visiting nearby factories or industrial hubs. It may not offer much for tourists, but it's great for work-related stays. --- Final Verdict: Red Fox, Bhiwadi is a reliable and value-for-money option, especially for short business trips. Clean rooms, good food, and helpful staff make it a dependable place to stay. If you're in town for work, this hotel ticks all the right boxes! Rating: 4/5

"Had a great dining experience! The dal makhani was rich and creamy, the aloo sabzi was perfectly spiced, and the paneer sabzi was fresh and flavorful. Special thanks to Vivek for the warm service and also executive chef mr Bhupendra Singh attention to detail. Will definitely visit again!"

Disappointing Experience at Red Fox Hotel by Lemon Tree Bhiwadi. Although this is my first day, I will add more points when I checkout from the property. I'm extremely disappointed with the services at Red Fox Hotel. Our stay was marred by several issues that made our experience truly pathetic. Parking Woes The lack of guided parking was a major hassle. We had to circle around the parking area multiple times to find a spot, and even then, we weren't sure if we were parked correctly. Swimming Pool Neglect The swimming pool area was lacking in basic amenities. Despite multiple requests, we were never provided with towels. It was frustrating to have to ask repeatedly and still not receive what we needed. We had to walk to our rooms in wet condition. The staff was unapologetic. Play Area Disaster The play area for kids was a complete letdown. Everything was broken, and it seemed like no one had bothered to check or maintain the equipment. It was a safety hazard waiting to happen. Overall, our experience at Red Fox was subpar, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lack of attention to detail, poor service, and basic amenities made our stay truly disappointing.
