They take the time to explain each pose, provide adjustments, and make the class accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level. Asha Ma'am - A True Inspiration in Bhilwara I have had the privilege of learning under Asha Ma'am, and I can confidently say she is one of the best yoga teachers in Bhilwara. Her depth of knowledge in traditional and modern yoga practices is truly remarkable. She explains each asana with clarity, focusing not only on the physical postures but also on the breathing techniques and their mental and spiritual benefits. What truly sets Asha Ma'am apart is her unwavering dedication and hard-working nature. She gives personal attention to each student, patiently correcting postures and offering modifications based on individual needs.
