I've been a proud member of B2 Zone for 5 years, and it has truly transformed my fitness journey. The combination of Yoga and Strength Training has enhanced my physical and mental well-being. A special shoutout to Prem Sir for his impactful Yoga sessions that have improved my flexibility and mindfulness, and to my personal trainer Rudra, who has tailored my strength training and provided constant motivation. Family friendly gym and trainers are well mannered

Clean, spacious and well equipped gym. The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely cooperative. The overall vibe is great. Thanks Prem sir for your valuable training sessions. You made learning advance calisthenics(back lever, front lever, handstand pushups, planche) fun. Would highly recommend!

It's been almost 6 months since i have joined this gym. Receptionist are good and friendly, knows their job very well. They continously evaluate our performance and tailored our diet and workout program accordingly. I almost gained 8 kg and currently on cutting regimen. All thanks to my personal trainer Mohit Gurjar. Overall Cleanliness is good, Equipment are new and Parking space is well enough. 4 to 6 PM is perfect time to do gym if you want less crowd . Seperate trainer for girls is also available,They have two floors, On other floor you can do Yoga and CrossFit. At the end it all depends on our zeast to hit gym frequently , Hardwork, Self Motivation , Daily Jornalism of exercises and following a right calorie plan. They can provide you personal trailer , General trainer , diet and workout chart but you have to put efforts to bring result. Trust the process , Hit the gym and you automatically gets Motivation to finish your workout by seeing others , Follow healty diet plan and Keep Going , We can do it
