Not first in every aspect. Just a commercial complex with a few shops, not a mall. Don't plan a family shopping trip, you will be disappointed.

As far as building is concerned, it's quiet urban.. All d shops r not yet working.. Ground floor is occupied.. As per d city, shopping is a bit expensive.. Parking space available.. Overall a nice Mall..
