Newely opened gym (jann2024). Timings: * Mon to Sat : 6am -10 am and 4 pm to 9 pm * Sun : 6 am - 10 am Gym offers 2 category of membership 1. Strength/cardio 2. weight Main trainer (owner) naveen is a good trainer the other trainer is average and lacks insights and experience for a gym trainer. now straight to pros and cons PROS: 1.New Gym therefore new equipments. 2. Flexible time no reservations required. 3. One trainer is experienced. 4.Nice ambience and energetic songs playing all the time but not too loud as well. 5. Morning shift is best as little to no traffic. 6. Offer discount on plans for 3 months and above. 7. Mostly nice crowd. CONS: Most imp : No chalk or Powder is provided for better grip 1. Evening shift has majority of traffic and is very busy you lose all the pump because there are multiple people queuing up for the same machine and staring you down waiting for you to let go of the machine very weird. 2. One trainer is less experienced. 3. Membership price are not competitive (around 800-900 per month for a gym of this small size. 4.No civic/gym sense in people who come to this gym they don't put weight and equipments back to where they picked them. 5. Assisted machines are not available. 3 stars out of 5 My feedback to gain those 2 star to make this gym a 5 star gym. - take limited people in evening shift also ask them to rotate shifts every other week.(Expanding gym is a better alternative but expensive) - prices should be competitive even the cult gyms are costing less and less nowadays. - provide chalk or powder or liquid powder for grip - make strict rule about placing equipment back from where people pick them. Teach them and point out to them if they don't obey basic gym rules.
