The Fitness ONE

I have been going to the fitness one for around 6-7 months now, such a great experience. I have built strength, lost fat.i have become so much active, feel energetic throughout my day. The environment is super positive, clean and welcoming. The trainer is very knowledgeable, certified personal trainer. He is very motivating, very humble and respectful towards female clients (which makes it a perfect place for all the girls and females who want to get their transformation).

In Banswara, it's not easy to find a dedicated gym trainer, but Harsh is truly exceptional. He gives personal attention, explains exercises clearly, and motivates us to stay consistent. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, he guides you step by step. He brings professional level knowledge and discipline to every session.I've seen great results in my fitness and confidence. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had an excellent training experience with Harsh. This was especially interesting considering our gym experience was novice and intermediate. In my case, Harsh laid out training programming for hypertrophy and made minor but important form corrections on many exercises (deadlift, military presses, one arm DB row, incline BB press, push ups, squats). He also reintroduced me to smith machine with good form efficiency. The gym looks small compared to many in the town but after training here for a month, there is almost everything you need for proper workout (well, except for a dip bar!). His programming utilises these well and the gym doesn't look like a small gym anymore. Lastly, Harsh is a certified trainer. He modified some movements to suit our flexibility so that right body parts can still be hit. He made small muscles training (arms and calves) much more effective and fun. He mixes the program to keep it interesting and challenging. He also pushes with the right intensity depending on caliber and energy levels. Had much fun and some muscle building in 4 weeks period. I would highly recommend anyone interested in basic strength training or specific fitness/ hypertrophy goals to work with him.

The trainer is great. Sufficient space for workout. The machines are well maintained. Very well ventilated unlike other gyms in the city where you feel stuffed. Hygienic.
