Having good sessions here.....not that much crowd in evenings......machine, dumbbell and weights are good..... best gym for alone workouts sessions.....just please add on one more cable machine and one chest supported machine....overall it's all good till now than my past wrost experiences in other gyms

Athlonics Zirakpur gym is one of the best gyms I have visited. The equipment is modern, and the trainers are excellent, particularly AbhiNoor, who is highly knowledgeable and provides exceptional training. Ajay Sharma is another outstanding trainer. Recently, they have also introduced yoga classes, which are very beneficial.

Gym environment is awesome, all trainers are good , but i train under the guidance of abhinoor he is a good trainer with proper knowledge . he transform me according to my needs .
