I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience at your gym. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of your equipment and the cleanliness of the facility -- both are excellent and well-maintained. However, I have noticed that trainers often spend a lot of time using their mobile phones or engaging in personal conversations with a few fixed clients. As a result, other members do not receive the attention and guidance needed to achieve good fitness results. This has become a concern for many, and I've noticed that some clients have even discontinued their memberships because of it. I would kindly request you to look into this matter -- perhaps by reviewing CCTV footage or observing the trainers' activity during gym hours. Trainers play a key role in members' motivation and progress, so ensuring they are attentive and proactive with all clients would greatly enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your understanding and for maintaining such a well-equipped and clean facility. I hope appropriate action can be taken to improve trainer engagement.
