I'm writing this review after a good one month. I had been training MMA at a different place but i sustained an injury in my knee, so to strengthen my knee and rest of the body I decided to join a gym. After a good research I joined Train Insane. And it turned out to be the best decision. Here are the reasons why: 1) There is never too much rush here, which is great because you get to do your workout without any wait. 2) There are always professional trainers present there to help you out with your workout. 3) Good machines and enough number of weights are available for everyone. 4) And the most important one: They take hygiene very seriously. A dedicated person is always there to clean the benches and sanitizing the workout spaces like mats etc. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a good professional gym nearby. P.S.- There is also punching bag facility with boxing gloves. That's a great way to do cardio plus also lets you take out your frustration. :)
