Awesome gym , very spacious and the owner is a very knowledgeable and experienced person and also is a best guide for beginners and weight and benches are in perfect condition .The best thing I liked about the gym is that it is opened from 5:30 Am to 10 pm night from Monday and Saturday and 8 am to 12 pm on Sundays . I can recommend this gym to everyone who lives near 3b1.
Dedicated trainers help in training. I have been to lot of gyms but this gym is affordable and effective.
