Paid for a 1 week pass for me and friend. 1000 each. Total 2000. Right after paying, we went to workout and upstairs workout facility is absolutely garbage. Very cramped, plates lying everywhere, not enough plates, mismatched dumbbells and very difficult to find matching sets. Floor very dusty and dirty. We went back to front desk and asked for money back, we were okay with paying for one day since we used but the manager said some bs that refunds have to go through corporate and it will take many days. What BS! We just paid 30 mins ago. Just give the money back, it's not hard. Very terrible customer service and one of the worst Pro Ultimate locations iv been to.

Great gym! Clean place with good equipment. They have everything you need for a solid workout. The trainer is friendly and really knows how to guide you right. He explains things clearly and motivates well. Perfect spot if you want to get fit.
