This is what we call a great gym project where we find every essential elements which is required for a great workout session. The aura is so pleasant and training is so satisfying with our respected coach Mr. Rajdeep sir. One of the best gym in Tricity.

From last 2 Month I am going to this gym.The BEST Gym and it has been an excellent experience. The owner of this gym is Mr. Raj, his knowledge about maintaining good health & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. The Atmosphere is very good.

Writing this review because this gym offers a mixed experience for fitness enthusiasts. While the owner's guidance is commendable, several aspects of the gym's services fall short of expectations. One glaring issue is the absence of a dedicated spotter/helper. Safety should be paramount in any gym, and the lack of assistance can be concerning, especially for those pushing their limits. Furthermore, the temperature control leaves much to be desired. Despite the normal gym etiquette suggesting a room temperature between 22-23 degrees Celsius, the air conditioner is only operational from 6-10 P.M. during the evening. Outside of these hours, gym members are left to contend with fans, which can be inadequate, particularly during peak hours or hotter days. However, it's not all doom and gloom at Powerzone,Mohali. The owner's guidance stands out as a positive aspect, providing valuable expertise and support to members.

Fantastic gym with a great atmosphere and mood. I really enjoy the Zoomba courses, which are held in the morning for two days. Thank you for providing such a dynamic cardio workout. In addition, Coach Sir is incredibly helpful and encouraging.

Power zone gym is the best gym nearby chandigarh. Friendly environment. Mr. Rajdeep singh owner of gym is also a good coach and helpful person.

I joined this gym for 3 reasons; 1) Close to my office 2) Equipments were good 3) Economical. Decent Gym and positive ambience. Areas of Improvement: Trainer should be more friendly and helpful to their clients. I observed attitude in the 2 of them and stop going.

This gym is very good , all time i choose this gym ,i am doing gym last from 8 years .all time i was not serious about fitness but this time i am doing hard work on body .this gym is very good although coach is very nice and kind hearted person . He helped lots of people to gain or reduce weight eventhough coach is awarded numerous time in bodybuilding .. Fees is very low withthis anyone can try demo there. Show some love and support .
