I recently took a 3-month membership at this gym, and while the infrastructure is decent and the space is clean, my overall experience as a first-time gym-goer was quite disappointing. Before joining, I specifically asked the lady at the reception if the gym was beginner-friendly and whether I would receive proper guidance. She confidently assured me that I would -- but that not the case. On my very first day, I arrived in the morning and found no one at the reception. I waited for 15 minutes before I spotted the trainer myself and informed him that it was my first day. While he did tell me what to do, he never asked about my fitness goals or why I had joined. As someone new to the gym environment, that basic conversation was very important. For the first week, the trainer was present in the workout area and helped me only when I asked. After that, his presence became almost negligible -- he'd only come around occasionally, mainly when a new member joined, and even then, just for a few days. Eventually, I found myself relying on YouTube and fellow gym-goers to learn how to use machines and perform exercises correctly. Thankfully, some experienced members were kind enough to guide me -- but this kind of support should have come from the gym trainer. As a result, I started to lose interest and motivation. When you're new and don't feel supported, it's easy to feel out of place and thats what happened in my case. This gym might work for you if you're already familiar with gym routines and don't need supervision, but I do not recommend it for beginners. Also, while the gym is well-maintained and clean overall, there's a persistent foul smell from the washrooms near the cardio area, which is unpleasant. PS: It might suit those who already know what to do, but if you're a complete beginner, like I was, it could ruin your first-time experience.

I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and honestly, it's been a great experience overall. The staff here are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. I'd definitely recommend this gym if you are looking for a welcoming, well-equipped place to get your workouts in without the pressure or pretentiousness.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS GYM FROM PAST 6MONTHS, I AM VERY PLEASED TO BEING PART OF THIS GYM, THIS IS BEST GYM AROUND MOHALI. ALL THE TRAINERS ARE PERFECT & OTHER STAFF MEMBERS are COMMENDABLE. I never miss going to this gym.
