This gym has a really good vibe. The environment is positive, welcoming, and very comfortable, which makes working out here enjoyable. It doesn't feel intimidating, and the overall atmosphere motivates you to push yourself while still feeling relaxed. Definitely one of the best gyms I've been to. Trainers here are very supportive and have good knowledge about their work. Specially want to thank the owner Mr. Sonu Singh who actively participates in the gym and guides us, whether it's about the workout,recovery from an injury or maintaining a specific diet he has got it all covered.

I have been working out at fitness 7 from last 6 months. The vibe and atmosphere here is really energetic and motivating i really enjoy working out here and push some heavy weights. I recommend everyone to join this gym and enjoy the beast mode gym experience.

I have been working out in Fitness7gym for around 2 years now and I have had a great experience training here. Earlier this year the gym was renovated and it was a complete transformation. New machines,lights,aerobics area , very comfortable and healthy environment. I have felt great person growth and have built grate confidence
