Fit and Lit is one of the best gym in Mohali. Good space. Hygiene and cleanliness is well maintained. They have all the latest equipment for workout. Sumit Thakur is an excellent fitness trainer. As a trainer he is really good at his job and would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Worst Gym In 7 Phase Or Mohali Worst Staff And Machines and fees of gym is 1200 Which is The Funniest Thing. Space Tank Gym is Offering 1500 Per Month Which is 10 Times Bigger Than This And 20 Times More Machines That This Gym
