Gym is pretty good specially in late mornings and afternoon, equipment is decent and is well maintained accordingly. Rohan is literally an amazing trainer who can guide you as per your convenience in terms of your dieting style, physique goals etc. Prices are very reasonable and if you get subscriptions for few months at once it is really cost effective as well.

this gym is best in mohali the speciallity of the gym is that the staff is very co operative and yes the machines are superb trainers and everything else is best and they also provide you cross fit which is the best part and gym is also open on sunday.

Such cooperative staff but the space is not sufficient to do exercise especially in the evening. Overall it's quite good gym in Mohali. One can definitely give it a try
