Really impressed with the gym facilities and the atmosphere here. The equipment is well-maintained, the staff is supportive, and the environment is motivating. I would like to share my concerns regarding the current environment and trainer support at the gym. Unfortunately, the overall experience has been disappointing. There seems to be a strong focus on promoting personal training rather than supporting general members. Trainers often approach individuals and subtly promote personal training by whispering about its benefits. If a member does not show interest or respond positively, the attitude of the trainers changes noticeably -- they begin to ignore the member completely, offering no help or guidance during workouts. There is also a clear lack of feedback or engagement from trainers unless you are enrolled in a personal training program. New exercises or variations are rarely introduced, leaving the workouts repetitive and uninspired. It feels like the gym is being run solely with personal training clients in mind, which is disheartening for regular members who also deserve attention, encouragement, and basic support. I hope these issues can be addressed so that every member feels valued and supported in their fitness journey. There's not much distinction between a gym charging 1000 rs and this gym taking your hard-earned 10000 rs. It's important to carefully consider the value and services provided by each option before making a decision. Finally, please hire professional female trainers who act maturely and do not take client PT rejections personally

I've been training with Pratibha Mam from last 1 month. Every session is challenging yet enjoyable, and the workouts are tailored exactly to my goals. She stands right beside me during every exercise -- correcting my form, encouraging me, and making sure I do each movement safely and effectively.Her patience, clear instructions, and constant encouragement helped me build a solid routine and confidence.Highly recommend if you're serious about getting fit the right way.

Training with Pratibha at Elite24 has been amazing. She understands individual needs--my goal was to gain strength after 6,7 months. She paid attention to every rep, corrected form consistently, and pushed me safely. The open, hygienic space and her supportive style made every workout enjoyable."

My experience was very bad. Complete waste of money. They make false promises just to attract customers. But service is not same as promised. I feel like I wasted my Rs 10k. They say they have female trainers but their is only 1 trainer (Pratibha) she is also very unprofessional. She doesn't care about any other clients doing wrong workout. Even their machines are not as well as they say. Join any other gym rather than this gym ,,

If you want to waste your money than only you should to join the gym. As they make false claims about their services . The equipments they have are also not same as their claim. Even the female trainer Pratibha is more interested in giving personal training (looking for her personal gain rather than training people with usual subscription) How can a beginner manager without proper training.

My Reviews for Elite24 0 Star Review Worst Gym Ever I'm extremely disappointed with this gym. The ACs have not been working properly this is the 3rd time in just 20 days , and working out in such hot and humid conditions is completely unacceptable. It's not only uncomfortable but also unsafe for members' health. Despite multiple complaints, there's been no proper response or action from the management. For the amount we are paying, we expect at least basic facilities like air conditioning to function properly. To make things worse, the treadmill and cross trainer are both faulty. Either the treadmill stop at decline or just incline... How is this even considered a functioning gym? New machines like leg extension +leg curl is designed in a way that doesn't take alot of space but that machine is not comfortable at all we just can't adjust the seat as per are requirement and comfort .... Not even this when I was about to join this gym the staff told me ki ek female trainer bhi hogi female sirf 1 din aayi thi uske baad female trainer ka bhi kuchh pta nhi hai .. I have even asked old members about the gym they were also saying the same thing that this is the worst gym ... I am requesting a 2 months refund as this is not the service I paid for .. I have paid for the package of 3 months for 6000 on 1st july 2025 but mai iss gym mein mushkil se 20 din aayi hu and now mujhe 2 months ka refund chahiye. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately.....
