I have experience of 40 years in fitness industry. I have my own gym LEO HEALTH CLUB in phagwara Punjab from 1989. My both son achieved a degree of M.P.Ed (Masters in Physical Education) . Both are qualified trainer in this gym and spreading a qualitative knowledge.

This my honest review, Just a month ago, I stepped into Gym LEO Health Club and Fitness,feeling hesitant and out of shape. These amazing trainers aren't just experts, they're motivators, cheerleaders, and friends rolled into one. Their personalized guidance and positive energy had me pushing beyond my limits in just 15 days!I loose 4 kg in just a month. Don't let the "gym" word scare you.
