I am in always love with gold gyms they are just too awesome. Similarly this place also. Well equipped, awesome trainers present here. Everyone thinks that price here would be touching skies, but they are extremely fair and worthy. The trainer are very cooperative here, you want instructions they will give you. The only issue here is with the parking. There is no proper parking facility present here. They have clearly mentioned, "Parking at your own risk".

On August 5, 2024, I visited Gold's Gym in Phagwara, and my experience was profoundly disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. I had to raise my voice to get the attention of someone in the gym. Eventually, a trainer named Mandeep, who also claimed to be the manager, approached me. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. When I inquired about membership plans, he handed me an A4 size sheet with the prices printed on it in the most lackluster manner possible. Feeling let down by his unenthusiastic attitude, I requested to use the washroom. Shockingly, Mandeep refused, suggesting I use the facilities at the nearby bus stand instead. His response was not only rude but also inhumane, considering the basic necessity of allowing a visitor to use the washroom. Overall, my experience at Gold's Gym, Phagwara, was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of the staff. I would not recommend this gym to anyone based on this encounter.

It is not good for the girls. The guard comes up and stares at the girls working out No cleaning. The receptionists are very rude. The guard on his duty, then why does he walk in gym with the receptionist. he comes and sited inside the gym stare everyone manager has his own parking one day i park my bike then guard scold me why did you park there.here is only manager park his vehicle.no maintenance especially not good for girls no facility.treadmill remain broken. Machines remain broken the gym is verge to close dont waste your money in this gym turban man has very rudely behave with us scolds

The guard does not have the sense to speak. He scolds the client and abuses us. We pay a fee, we do not come for free The machines are very old, if a wire breaks, then they replace it after a month, the steam remains broken, the bathroom is also broken, they charge so much money and there is no facility. Yes, they just have to speak loudly, there is no other way out The owner should consider which are the reasons or the gym is on the verge of closure It doesn't look like a gold gym

Very nice environment all staff members are very cooperative washrooms are newly build very clean safe location next to bus stand equipments are well maintained
