Worst Gym experience EVER. You are not allowed to use washroom inside the Gym. Only Personal Training members and Special package members are allowed to. IMAGINE PAYING FOR WASHROOM 3-4K per package extra. Worst trainers ever. Specially the Head trainer. Even if you are on some machine doing workout, he will come with his personal trainees and Ask you to do something else. JUST BECAUSE WE ARE WITH SIMPLE PACKAGE. SO TIP FROM YOUR SENIOR... DROP YOUR IDEAD OF FITNESS EDGE, AND JOIN...EITHER UNIVERSITY GYM-INSIDE SPORTS COMPLEX --- OR --- JOIN GYM OUTSIDE.

Overall I am having a very good experience here. All the trainers are very good. I took PT from S cheema ji for the last 3 months and there has been a incredible change in my overall health and physique. Overall ambience is also good. Would recommend to evryone in LPU.

Good experience, neat and clean gym having all facilities like steam room, bath space etc. Trainers are very excellent.

Very good but too expensive.. There are dedicated sections for cross fit training, cardio and strength training. The trainers are good and polite. It gets very crowded during morning and evening times. It contains good selection of machines for isolation workouts. The gym is air conditioned. The male restroom contains sauna and steam bath sections. The cardio comprises of treadmills, hiking machines and cycling. It also has a shop to purchase pre and post workout drinks which is never used.

This gym is excellent. They offer affordable fees and have experienced trainers like Shiva and Sunny.
