It is always crowded and crammed. If you are one who loves ones space then it is not a place for you. Equipment is reasonably good not that sophisticated. The trainers are amaeteurs, so if you are preparing for some high intensity competition, then probably it's not for you. If you need just moderate intensity workout and you have some basic knowledge of fitness, then you can hit this gym.
