Use your hard earned money wisely Poor construction quality U can buy plot But dont buy house constructed by gillsons. Poor behavior from owner Once you give the money They will take U turn. Extremely poor behaviour from owner. They are sugar coated, dont get fooled by initial behaviour. They will show the real face once u pay the full amount. Many things are on Papers There is no kids play area There is no club house, they are making people fool by name of club house. They are running restaurant by the name of CLUB HOUSE (basically not for society use). Mark my words you will regret whole life like me if you will get the construction done by Gillco.

Of these three villas that they are selling, the Mayfair villa is one of my favorites. Co's this is the perfect combination of luxury and space of a bungalow. I love Europe so it makes me feel like a total European lifestyle. Thanks for showing us this project near Phagwara.
