All equipments are updated....I read some reviews and I want to say that all those comments are 8 or 5 years old, Owner has updated machines to high level machines and now professional platform for deadlift is available and diff plans are also available......Trainers are friendly and polite. It is best Gym for girls in fact for everyone as it is safe and provides clean and good atmosphere.

This is a great place to fit the body. Where you can exercise with a lot of machines. Where the atmosphere is very good.. Where's the coach well experienced. Where can you get a pack of 1 month and three months of Paid Six Month of Pack and 1 Year?.. Specialty where the guide is guided for.... Gym mother's packs are normal

Best gym in Patiala. Trainers are very cooperative. Good equipments n regularity. Safe environment. Had a nice experience over there ....Joined in 2019 n still v satisfied

It is better than its competitors on bhadson road as it has a good ambiance along with good equipment Edit - just take a look at dna, i tried that for couple of months, this place looks dull to me now. Also u can only come 1 time a day.
