The trainers don't seem to know much about workouts, so it's not a good place if you're looking for proper fitness guidance. Especially for women, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're serious about fitness, this isn't the spot for you.

Great gym with good trainers, owner and gym buddies. Good equipment. Perfect workout environment. The best part is everyone is quite nice, polite and helpful. Thank you so much fitness chrome for the wonderful experience.
