Hotel Unite -Best Banquet Hall, Luxury hotel, Best Restaurant, Night Club in Pathankot, Best Hotel in Pathankot

We stayed at the 2 db bed room. Room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were great. My family loved the food, veg hakka noodles and chilly chicken. But the tea wasn't great as they used powder milk for chai. Even the towels in the bathroom were worn out and old. It would have been helpful to have proper car parking which was a bit of turn off. Overall it was a comfortable short stay at Unite.

The awful and unpleasant experience from this hotel. The recipient Manya mahajan not only a smart she is oversmart in lying when they provide you open water of bottle which they filled from the candy of hotel and they charge you for that unsealed of bottle.It was very disrespectful as being a guest in their property when they force you to pay for nothing.It was not to big deal to pay 30rs for water bottle but what I paid for tab water. They are unprofessional in the tourism industry to deal with guest appropriately.Their behaviour is cruel. The room was very smelly and suffocated.The washroom was not clean enough. I don't recommend this property to stay there are many other properties and I believe no other hotels can be worse than this hotel in services and staffing.

Worst experience. There was an engagement function last week at this place which I had to attend. Initially, while booking the owner promised a room as a complimentary but on the day of the engagement manager initially denied to give any room saying that there is no booking and no room is available. After escalating again to the manager, who has no etiquettes to speak with the customer, he gave a room which was beyond average with bathroom stinking and the room had to be cleaned again. The arrangement was booked to commence at 1030 in morning but the preparation was still going on until 1200. There was no cleanliness and a total mismanagement from the hotel staff. The manager was not cooperative at all and was never keen to resolve the issue. The function was in the basement and there was no functional AC for the stage. Whole hotel was under renovation and the place had no place inside where one can click a decent photo or small photo shoot. Any function or an event that someone plans they plan perfectly so that they can remember it as a cherished memory but hotels like HOTEL UNITE are the ones ruining every moment of it. Again, the WORST HOTEL IN PATHANKOT.

One of the pathetic hotels in the town. Tv doesn't work, Room key doesn't work. We booked room where breakfast was included but they didn't offer breakfast. The excuse they gave to everyone is that hotel caught fire but the truth is it got fire 2 years ago. They have no sense of hospitality. Don't ever book this hotel. There are other far better hotels in Pathankot than this. You will regret.

Most awkward, smelling and worst walls of rooms.... Disgusting price and quality . I had pictures but right now I don't have . Never go in this hotel
