RECOMMENDED for all age and gender! Best gym of our beloved Pathankot, Harpreet(Bunty) is the best trainer helped us lose body fat and build muscles! The gym is not too crowded and their classes are also fun! 3 floors include steam bath, cardio, cross-fit and weight training areas!

Gold's Gym offers an exceptional atmosphere complemented by knowledgeable trainers, making it suitable for individuals of all ages and genders. The reception staff consistently provides warm and courteous greetings, enhancing the overall experience. The floor trainers, like Ajay Sir, really know their stuff and are super helpful with weight training. My time at Gold's Gym was really enjoyable, thanks to their awesome team.
