One of the best old school gym in Zirakpur. If you are serious about building a physique and don't care about fancy Machines and walls, then this is the right place for you. Low fees, heavy weights, good trainers. The only drawback is that there is only one treadmill that works , there's no elliptical machine and cycle doesn't work properly.
Gym is a bit crowded at some times, but at morning it is very cool to do your workout. Equipments quality : 6/10 Trainer experience : 9/10 Mostly every type of equipment is present.

Gym equipments are old fashioned, good for a start up. They might have to update it.
