As a beginner, I felt unsupported and ended up wasting my four-month membership. Despite asking many times, I didn't receive a diet chart or any exercise instruction. The trainer kept making excuses, telling me to come earlier, even though the facility was open until 10 PM. I stopped attending because it felt like a waste of my time, as I didn't know any exercises.
