Sweat Studio gym is the best gym at Nawanshahr.Amazing facilities for all,top-notch equipments and what a pleasant environment!Best service with friendly and super-trained staff who helped me to reduce my weight and inches in just few days and that also by having my regular meals.No dieting and no special meal plan,just regular meal.At the last but not the least rest-rooms are also super-clean.Must must must join Sweat Studio to get back in shape.I highly recommend it
