strong fitness gym

Very famous gym in nakodar city. Situated in Terminal71 nakodar. Near to petrol pump , bus stand and situated at central area of nakodar. Open at 5.00 am. Sunday off. Situated in basement between state bank of India and ICICI bank. 1000 rupees per month. All equipments are available in gym. Latest equipments are also present. Well known in nakodar.love a lot. Parking is available in front of gym.

The gym is fantastic, very clean, loads of equipment and professional staff. Can't beat the price. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. Really good atmosphere. Good customer service.. I like that the trainers are around to give advice/tips. I couldn't be happy anywhere else!!! So far everything seems great :) :)

Good equipment, and have multiple pieces of the same equipment which help when doing supersets and need to use two pieces and there is normally at least one free when needed. The staff seems friendly, however, they could talk to more customers as they walk around?I like the way the gym is kept clean and tidy example no loose weights or barbells lying round the floor, clean - changing room and toilet. I also like the showers. I also enjoy the use of the different variety machines and free weights.

Best Gym in the town. Loaded with amenities, cheaper price, excellent guidance, prime location, positive environment, cooperative staff and much more. One should not miss it if you are from Nakodar town.

One of the best gym.....well equipped I could not imagine such a big gym at a place like Nakodar.......well maintained ........ neat and clean....the owners seems to have a passion .Both Mr.Sandip and Ms Savita are dedicated and committed to the cause of promoting the health ofthe rural folk.
