Dissatisfied!!Never go there for swimming as the trainer doesn't have sense to teach the student. If child commits mistake he asks the child to slap on his own face. Complete nonsense.

Very very bad experience with the service,someone stolen my cloth when I was in the pool,then I asked everyone about the cloth but not the coach and the manager bother about you ,they don't took any headache,and they behave like that it is common there.There is no any facilities for locker , they are hanging on the wall like a showpiece.I told the manager please check the CCTV footage but they do nothing..... They make money nothing else. Most of the time coaches sitting outside the pool,they don't look how you swim but continuously watching the clock when the one hour is over. On Sunday they are on not talking day( maun vratta) if you ask him they replied today is not my working day so I can't tell you anything but is the behaviour..... So please see my review before to join there .it is best to join somewhere where coaches and facilities are better than Puspa club....

Very off putting experience. They never cared to clarify the exact timing (duration) of coaching in the pool and later conveniently specified "45 minutes only" for coaching in the pool, stating the time required to prepare and change in and out is included in the 1 hour. And they failed to address our greviance with even a little bit of professionalism.

The trainers are good , the pool is kept clean, the facility has all the amenities required (lockers, changing area shared , showers , bathroom). I liked it in totality
