EVOLVE THE GYM

I am really disappointed with the behavior of trainer Raman at this gym. He was very rude in his interactions and did not explain the exercises properly. Instead of guiding and motivating, his attitude felt unprofessional and discouraging. As a trainer, patience and proper instruction are very important, but unfortunately, that was missing in my experience. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better behavior and support for members.

About gym :- A great gym offers a motivating environment, top-notch equipment, and supportive trainers. The best ones foster a strong community, making workouts enjoyable and effective. Cleanliness, variety in workouts, and flexible hours also add to the experience. A positive gym atmosphere helps you stay committed to your fitness goals while feeling welcomed and encouraged and i think there is no other gym with such all qualities except this(EVOLVE THE GYM)gym About the receptionist:- The receptionist is very polite and talks very politely to everyone . They attend to everyone as there own. I personally loved there service . About trainer(Raman ):- I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: - He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. He makes sure that you are comfortable and feels free to do your workout . I personally say to join the gym and take him as your trainer.

There is one good gym in the whole of moga,that is evolve gym. The trainner in it,Raman sir has a very good behaviour thanks to which i gained 9 kg of musle mass.Thnx Raman sir

Gym has positive atmosphere where we meet like minded people it is always clean well maintained equipment

Gym makes a person healthy and evolve gym is a best. staf is also best here and reciption madam miss lovepreet also deals very good with me this gym is best. averyone should join here one time.
