Decent gym. Equipment can be better, got a cut from a broken plate. They removed it when I gave the feedback. Overall nice and responsive staff; people don't just crowd around and chit chat (like some other local gyms). Recommended

Exploitation and No Refund Policy!! Scam, I went only one day and I had to relocate due to some personal reasons but there is no refund policy and they don't even tell you the policy and there's no paperwork done but still they are gonna charge you the fee of 6 months. Inexperience staff and management they just gonna tell you that it's not possible they just want your money. Owner doses bothers about the issues and they just ignore you after you pay them. They said they'll call you but no calls received! At they end you have to call them and just listen to such lame excuses and offers like we can extend your membership!!! What's the point if person who doesn't live there anymore. Mr Sahil the Manager. Never got back with my issue and being a student it's hard if you had an experience like this I'll never recommend this Gym to anyone in my life. Worst customer service ever!!!!! I don't know if my issue will be addressed or not but surely would spread awareness among other gym enthusiasts who are gonna join by just looking at the infrastructure of the gym. Thank you for keeping my hard earned money with you and not refunding.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Lack of experience, opened gym without any knowledge, doesn't have customer support team. Think 10 times before joining here and compare with other well equipped gym in the town with proper customer support service.

Do not join this pathetic place ever, full of non serious coaches, especially the STAFF is unprofessional and even the franchise owner doesn't bother about complaints raised. They don't have any customer care team to address issues. No one respond to emails, calls. If you call at reception they put it on hold and keep on getting engaged. DONOT JOIN THIS GYM EVER.
