I'm writing this review after several complaints raised to the management that went unheard. NYFC Gym Ludhiana is overall fine in terms of space and equipment, but the biggest drawback is the trainers. There's no trainer schedule after 10 PM even though the gym is open till 2 AM. And whenever a trainer is available, he's usually busy on his phone or sitting in the corner instead of guiding members. The management really needs to pay serious attention to this issue -- it's the only reason this gym fails to deliver the experience it promises
