Muscle Touch Health club

This is my first experience at this gym. This gym has a very neat and clean environment. The equipment quality is well maintained. Trainers are very nice people. They give the individual attention and customised diet plans. The nature of the owners are like family members.

Having recently joined muscle touch health club, I can confidently say it's more than just a gym; From good equipment to knowledgeable trainers, this place exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the equipment: The variety ensures there's something for everyone, and the equipment is well-maintained, which is a big plus. The atmosphere is another highlight. It's motivating. Gym owners are trainers here and are friendly and supportive. You feel like you're part of a community striving towards a common goal: better health and fitness. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable, making each session both challenging and fun.Hygiene and cleanliness are top priorities here, especially in today's climate. Overall, my experience at the gym has been exceptional. It's not just a place to work out; it's a place to grow,Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, I highly recommend giving it a try.

I joined gym for the first time for weight loss . I lost 3 kgs till now in 10 days. Both coaches(manga n teji veera)are very Coprative ,helpfull and experienced . I never felt like I am new here . They gave you there personal numbers so you can ask whatever any time lyk m following particular diet plan. Great aura n very gud gym to workout with advanced equipment kudos

This is my first experience ,It is the best gym .I lost 3 kgs till now in one week .( Both coaches Manga and teji veera )treated us like a big brother and both are very helpful and cooperative . With the help of both trainers we got good diet and good physic . God gives them always happiness , long life . Came from Hyd to Ludhiana to stay for two weeks on work tried this gym it was so good very motivating two coachs are available here they take care of everything there with diet and workouts there's lot of respect towards coach and gym first time I had this experience where I had in hyd hanuman vyayam shala.
