I had joined this gym 5 years before and I can say this from my experience..it's the best gym of this locality. Too much safety for girls. Different activities and especially gym owner takes special care of this thing that everyone feel comfortable here. This place has become my second home. People are spreading fake news through negative comments about this gym just for their personal grudges and to defame it ..

I am associated with this Fitness Phyre Gym on Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, along with my wife for last 10-12 years since the very inception of this Gym. Great place for fitness and health with excellent infrastructure and trainers. The owner Mukesh Sir is himself engaged in maintaining and expanding the facilities. All three floors have separate equipment, good layout, air-conditioned, clean drinking water and neat washrooms as well. It's absolutely safe for ladies as well as it maintains discipline, cool ambience and 24/7 CCTV monitoring. Just join this place and wish you fitness and good health. This is the best Gym in Ludhiana in all aspects.
